This is WD-1A/TT that is currently being manufactured. We located a supplier that is manufacturing this wire to avoid having to purchase from ebay. You can find similar wire at times on ebay.
WD-1A/TT is two conductors bonded together. It has a copper/steel blend wire that adds strength and is well suited for use in austere environments.
Splice free and the manufacture does a resistance/continuity test.
